The Walnut City Music Festival in 2019 returns to Lower City Park in McMinnville, Oregon -- an hour drive southwest of Portland, between Salem and the Oregon Coast. Located a few blocks from the city's celebrated downtown (in the heart of Oregon Wine Country) the venue will provide for an intimate and unique music festival setting. The stage will be set next to Cozine Creek where a grist mill once stood, operated by the town's founders. The address is 140 NW Park Drive, McMinnville, Oregon, 97128. Click for Google Maps.
Parking at the festival grounds are reserved for staff and handicap parking only. General festival parking is three blocks from the entrance at the Oregon Mutual Insurance parking lot, 400 N.E. Baker Street.

The Walnut City Music Festival does not provide its own camping or lodging options. But out-of-town residents have many options for an overnight stay.
First, book soon! Labor Day Weekend is busy in Oregon's wine country and lodging fills up fast! ... The closer to Third Street (our "main drag") the better. There are two hotels downtown, McMenamins Hotel Oregon and The Atticus Hotel. Next we would recommend searching AirBnB and VRBO for vacation rentals. Third Street Flats and Douglas on Third both have cool downtown apartment options. Then there are myriad private rentals around the area to find, from single rooms in people's homes to full vacation house rentals. Other hotels that are a few miles from the festival grounds include the Red Lion Inn, Comfort Inn and GuestHouse Inn, the McMinnville Inn and the Motel 6.
